Also, it is necessary to change the building use and service system and to update the legal framework. In our country, usually after the building is put into operation, the CHP is created and the contract is made with the operation and service organization. However, due to the lack of legal regulation, many problems arise in the gap between the two, causing consumers to suffer, the use and services of the real estate they have purchased become defective, and the value decreases. Therefore, it is considered correct to switch to the international system. Also, it is not wrong to say that we have today's chaotic city due to the lack of coordination between land management and urban planning. I think that we will focus more on these things and work with initiative.

I heard that you are working on the "Task Force" for the planning of the new Aero City. As mentioned above, how do you think the legal framework should be changed and updated?
The unfortunate mistake we made in terms of urban planning is that we re-planned the city once it had been planned. In all of Russia's major cities, such as Moscow, they have left the old planned areas exactly as they were, without adding a single building. In 1990, President Boris Yeltsin knew in advance that the transition to a market economy would lead to chaos, so he prohibited the re-planning and construction of additional buildings by the decree of the Supreme Council, and created new residential areas and satellite cities outside the city.
I regret that our country should have followed this standard. Over the past 30 years, the capacity, quality, and performance of the construction industry have improved (En SI Dee Group, Despite the development of exemplary project companies such as Jigur Grand, many mistakes were made in urban planning. By building on bare ground, we are creating a congested and frustrating environment with no entrances, exits or footpaths. On the one hand, the government needs to reform its system of granting and monitoring permits by closely adhering to the general plan and standards of urban development, and on the other hand, the private sector implementing construction projects needs to change its attitude towards today and tomorrow. In the latest example, in just two years, the Fair was turned into a concrete bunker. Housing projects continue to be built with cul-de-sacs, inadequate parking spaces, and a lack of greenery and landscaping. We need to build with the assumption that we and our children will live there for decades.
